“Blake is one of those people you don’t really want to leave a review for because you don’t want the secret to get out! But give credit where it’s due, right? Blake is an excellent communicator and teacher; He knows how to listen first then fills in your blindspots without talking down to you as if you were stupid. True professionals know how to communicate efficiently and how to meet people at their level of understanding. I had already done a lot of my homework before calling Blake but he was still able to teach me so much and save me a lot of money by selling me a policy that fit my needs like a GLOVE. I had gotten 3 quotes on my new home and Blake’s was the best by a LONG shot. Why? Because my policy isn’t filled with crap I don’t need. One of my quotes from a competitor included coverage for outbuildings for $150k when all I have is a large shed! They wouldn’t allow for less! They also required I insure my house for more than the rebuild cost (I’m in the trades). How is that even legal? If you need insurance for anything there are two things you MUST do: First you always get multiple quotes, and second, you make sure Blake is one of them. From my experience he will come out on top and you’ll feel better informed to boot. I have sent three people Blake’s way in the last six months and cannot recommend him enough!”
